Rex Munakalanga
Rex is an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia with expertise in company law, corporate secretarial services, intellectual property rights and regulatory compliance. He has played a key role in establishing significant investments in Zambia, including Qatar Airways, and serves as a Non-Executive Director on multiple boards across diverse sectors of the economy. Rex is completing his Master of Laws in International Trade and Investment Law and is committed to providing strategic leadership to the team.
Chisala Pandwe
Chisala is a ZICA-registered accountant with a Diploma in Accountancy and a nearly completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) Zambia qualification. With three years at Axis Advisory Limited, she oversees accounting functions including statutory returns, management accounts, and bookkeeping, contributing to the firm’s financial management.
Masompe Mukwala
Masompe, an ACCA Level 2 graduate, she is currently advancing her qualifications to ACCA level 3 while delivering reliable financial accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance services at Axis Advisory.
Joseph Ndandula
Joseph holds both a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and a Master of Laws in Mineral Resources and is completing his LPQE at ZIALE. With three years at Axis Advisory, he specializes in company secretarial services, compliance, and corporate governance, serving as Company Secretary on various boards.
Musaka Malambo
Musaka is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Cavendish University. As a Legal Intern, he supports legal research, company registration, and administrative tasks, with a focus on corporate law.
